We can also do smaller size bindings if that is what you need. HO size chart (pictured above) recommends this size for skiers who weigh 200 to 250 lbs or more. We are an authorized HO dealer. The Omni has quickly become the "go to" ski for a very wide range of slalom skiers. It is slightly wider than a traditional ski, so it is easier to deep water start.

Halfway in width between a regular width and a wide ride width, it moves through the water with less drag and more efficiancy, so each ski set can be longer. Ski more, ski easier, and ski better should be the motto for the HO Omni. The design of this ski is very innovative.

It starts with HO's innovative Flex Frame recessed top. Material is removed from the center of the ski, making the profile of the ski thinner. The Flex Frame perimeter is designed specifically to allow the ski to flex in a twisting direction, allowing for tighter radius turns and therefor exceptional maneuverability. Clean Edge Technology in the Omni's tail section allows for a clean release of water as the ski moves forward, dramatically reducing tail drag.

A traditional beveled edge at the tail of a water ski causes water flow to wrap up to and over the top of the ski, producing suction, which causes drag. Clean Edge allows for water to release straight back, with 50% reduced drag. Acceleration is easier with less effort from the skier, producing more angle to the wake. The Omni also features SpeedSkin base, a fish-scale inspired advanced texture which further reduces drag, and increases ski speed by breaking up water molecules during ski to water contact.

And finally, an all new HEX Fin takes the traditional 2D waterski fin model to the next level by creating a NACA Airfoil inspired 3-dimensional fin for more lift and lower drag. Acting like an airplane wing, this surf style fin enhances ski versatility by increasing glide speed and turning properties. All of these advanced features together result in a ski that performs better, with far less fatigue.

Direct Connect changes how a binding is connected to the ski, using inserts down the ski's center and eliminating extra weight of binding base plates. Boots are nylon lined, and with front lace design, these bindings are super easy to put on and take off.
